Grove Youth division action enabled Upton Youth to extend their lead at the top following a fine 5-2 defeat of a gallant Young Lions team who had Josh Nile on target with a brace, but singles from Joel Hunter, Brandan Doherty and Joe McColgan allied to a double from Joe Corcoran saw Upton take the spoils.

A goal apiece from Tom Sixsmith, Ben Marray, Jacob Adams and Rowan Whelan gave Groves Rovers a 4-1 success over AC Hoylake who replied through a lone Lorcan Rogan effort.

Glenavon Athletic secured a place in the Wirral DFA Youth Cup final due to their 4-1 victory over ACA Sports who had Fin Sherlock as their only marksman.
