A CARAVAN “filled with rubbish” was burnt out on a street in Wirral.
At around 10.12pm on Wednesday, February 28 Merseyside Fire & Rescue Service were called to a blaze on Corporation Road in Birkenhead.
Fire crews arrived to find a caravan alight on the road and extinguished the fire.

Following the fire, Wirral Council were requested to manage the disposal of the waste.
Today (Friday, March 8) Biffa and specialist Unique Supa Shift, a grab hire and digger hire company that operates through Wirral, Chester and Ellesmere Port, cleared and disposed of the rubbish surrounding the chassis.
A spokesperson for Wirral Council confirmed that the chassis has been referred to its abandoned vehicle removal contractor to take away next week.
