A ROAD was blocked due to a "police incident" in Birkenhead this afternoon.
Woodchurch Road, Birkenhead, was partially blocked in both directions.
This was due to a police incident between Arrowe Park Road and Ackers Road, according to traffic feeds.

Live traffic tracker INRIX stated earlier this afternoon: "A552 Woodchurch Road both ways partially blocked, queueing traffic due to police incident from A551 Arrowe Park Road to Ackers Road."
The road has since been cleared.
