I TOTALLY agree with "George" by e-mail (Wirral Globe, August 31).
I do not think anyone would throw away 33 per cent of food waste either.
This council needs to realise that it is not against the law to refuse to re-cycle household waste (it is our property and therefore belongs to us).
The council get a lot of monetary incentives for re-cycling from the EU, yet none of it is passed on to the council tax payer.
Our bills go up year on year, while vital services are taken away. Just what are they doing with the money?
