Give charities their own stalls
I SHOULD imagine many people visiting Birkenhead Grange shopping area are fed up with people approaching them expounding the aims of various charities.
They are impeding people and should be stopped or allowed to set up stalls, but not allowed to approach or talk to just anyone they spot walking through the shopping precinct.
