INSTEAD of concentrating on making life as difficult as possible for the disabled and unemployed, why don’t the likes of local Tory MP Esther McVey try to put some effort into the serious issues facing people in our area?
I refer particularly to the impending closure of the Lyndale School.
She should be aware that to most of us, whether West Kirby has Christmas lights or not, where the new fire station is to be built, or who is cleaning up on West Kirby beach is of secondary importance compared to the problems being faced by parents, staff and children reliant upon this valued school.
