IMAGINE a world with no hedgehogs, how sad would that be?

Right now, we have approximately 70 hedgehogs in our care with that number rising.

All are on electric heat-pads as they are far too small to hibernate or sick and on medication.

With the winter months approaching, hogs will soon begin to hibernate so leaving a wild area in your garden will help them find plenty of bedding materials.

We are getting a large number of very small baby hedgehogs still coming in at the moment, so please if you see a hedgehog in your garden please pick it up and weigh it if it weighs less than 600 grammes then it is unlikely that it will survive hibernation, so will need to be over-wintered.
