I REFER to Ms Ann Griffiths' letter headlined "Up to me how I am addressed" which appeared in March 19 edition of Globe.
It strikes me that with a name like Ann, it is very clear what gender she is.
Consequently, the use of any prefix – be it Miss, Mrs or Ms – would be superfluous, especially when used in correspondence to a newspaper.
I'm glad she’s in a happy relationship, though.
