PEOPLE say pensioners don't pay tax.
Wrong.
My husband died three years ago. He worked hard to pay for a private pension.
Since he died, I have paid £4,000 on his pension.
I don’t get benefits, so pay for everything; teeth, glasses and council tax.
I don’t have much money left over.
Why did he bother paying for a private pension?
