Time to tackle bike menace
WHEN are the police in Wirral going to do something about cyclists taking over our pavements?
After all, it is supposedly an offence for anyone over ten years old with a fine of £50.
Twice in the last week while walking my dog in the Leasowe Road area I have been subject to verbal abuse and threats of violence when I refused to move over for cyclists.
The centre of Moreton is now becoming particularly bad at virtually any time of day.
