What a waste
I HAVE just discovered that the street lights will be replaced, costing £4.6m (27,000 lamps).
Instead of wasting time and money on this plan, the money could be better spent on replacing the roads, especially around the area of Woodchurch Primary School and Hoole Road.
One day, a child will be hurt because of the state of these roads.
They have been in disrepair for a few years and nothing has been done.
