I'VE just read an article about street lamps getting replaced in Wirral.

In my view people should be looking at the state of roads, housing and public bins.

Instead of loaning our council tax money out to other councils and using our money for the council's vanity project of the Hoylake golf course I suggest the council look at the bigger picture.

I left school 30 years ago and all I’ve seen is decline in this sad borough and in all that time the only thing that has been built is the Pyramid Shopping Centre while on Grange Road itself is just a charity shop.

I, for one, can't stand Birkenhead dump, but at least the streets will have new lighting to show up just how much of dump councillors have let it become, keep loaning our money out why we carry on living in poverty.
