ANDREW Putnam, Adam Schenk and Lee Hodges have qualified for The 151st Open at Royal Liverpool through the Memorial Tournament In Dublin, Ohio
Putnam secured the first available place after finishing tied fifth on four-under-par 284 with the already exempt Jordan Spieth.
Schenk was one shot further back in a tie for seventh place with 2014 Champion Golfer Rory McIlroy on three-under-par 285, assuring him of the second qualifying place.
Hodges edged out David Lipsky in claiming the final qualifying place thanks to his higher position in the Official World Golf Ranking. Both players finished tied on one-under-par 287 alongside Wyndham Clark and Tyrrell Hatton, who are already exempt for The Open.
