A 19-YEAR-OLD Wirral woman accused of murder has denied the charge.
Rebecca Welch is alleged to have attacked retired librarian George Hallaseter in Brighton Street, Seacombe on March 3.
Mr Hallaseter, 60, never regained consciousness after the kicking attack and died in hospital on March 26.
Welch, of Dunham Close, Eastham, pleaded not guilty to murder and was further remanded on bail to await her trial beginning on December 11.
Conditions of her bail include a 7pm to 7am curfew, reporting three times a week to Bromborough police station and not to enter Wallasey, Liscard or New Brighton.
