BREAKING NEWS: Protestors 'arrest' county court judge

THIS STORY WAS UPDATED AS THE SITUATION DEVELOPED AT THE COUNTY COURT YESTERDAY.
Protestors have "civilly arrested" a judge at Birkenhead county court.
A crowd of several hundred people has massed around the court.
Police have begun forcibly ejecting protestors from the court in chaotic scenes.
Made up of people from across the UK, the marchers say they are exerting their "ancient right to lawful Rebellion under Magna Carta."
Around 20 police vehicles are now in attendance and several dozen officers are at the scene, some with dogs.
The crowd, although largely peaceful, is chanting "freedom" and "arrest that judge."
Some have sat down in the road blocking in a police van and are refusing to let it pass.
The area around the county court at Hamilton Street and Market Street is now closed to vehicles by police cordon.
The protestors are handing out leaflets from the "British Constitution Group."
The demonstration was apparently sparked when one of the prominent voices in the BCG, Wirral man Roger Hayes, faced a bankruptcy hearing for non-payment of his council tax.
The BCG's main aim is a rallying call for "lawful rebellion."
In 1997, Mr Hayes stood for election in Wallasey representing the Referendum Party against sitting MP Angela Eagle. He polled 1,490 votes and finished fourth.
The Referendum Party was a single-issue party that emerged in the 90s calling for a vote on the UK's relationship with the European Union.
One of the protestors who had travelled up for the demonstration from Coventry said: "The purpose of today is to generally to get a feel of how unsatisfied people are with the governing of the country.
"I wouldn’t say I was angry, just dissatisfied. I believe that the power is distributed unfairly at this point in time.
“I believe that the people who are in control are morally defunct.
"I don't think they are serving the interests of those they are supposed to be serving."
The BCG website says: "We, the British People have a right to govern ourselves.
"That right has been subjugated as a consequence of acts of treason having been committed by the collective political establishment, aided and abetted by corrupt segments of the judiciary, the police, the Church and the civil service."

This is a dreadful state of affairs, but who is to blame, the people or the politicians who do not listen.
Take the abandoned broken promises that the public would have a referendum on Europe Membership.
This could have been done very simply by just adding one tick box to the census forms, that by law we must complete.
Or including the question alongside the referendum about changes to our out dated voting system.
Either way, this would have produced a definitive answer from the public for the public, regardless of political belief, race, religion, or affiliation to any dogma.
That is what democracy is all about.

The police acted outside of their remit in their legal definition and oath as 'con-stable'. They made arrests on say-so. Cried "assault" when someone would not do as they pushed and forcibly pushed people around. It's all on video.
Now the man who said he was a judge. Wasn't he was in the single issue "referendum party"? No doubt a Gov't stooge party to weaken the anti-EU vote from the BNP and the effectless UKIP, English Democrats etc.
The sooner the UK life raft fills with holes and starts to sink. The quicker the battleship EU will cast us adrift lest they be dragged down with us..

i have nothing but utter contempt for the judge & the parasitic lawers that have done this to me & my family.

Regardless of anyone's opinion on the right or wrong it will be the law that ultimately decides the outcome here.

If this were a straightforward case that the judge and court were acting entirely lawfully...and the protestors acting entirely unlawfully... then police ( in their capacity as enforcers of the law ) would have had the authority to clear the court thus allowing the case to proceed to lawful conclusion.
...
Yet that didn't happen which raises logical query and the answer affects every single member of the UK population since we are all subject to the Law. We all have the right to know even if some don't particularly care for the answer or how it is obtained.

As readers might gather from my user name... I am the Roger Hayes who is refusing to pay my council tax - because it is unlawful.
I do not hide behind a false name - I am proud to stand up for what I believe to be right.
I note that Jeff Green, leader of the council is big on rhetoric i.e. 'Nobody is above the law' - but seems to conveniently omit to mention that the core of this issue is that the council themselves are breaking the law... the word hypocrisy springs to mind.
I also note the Jeff Green jumps to the age old political tactic of pulling at the heart-strings - he says 'what about Sure Start' - Indeed Mr Green what about Sure Start ? Why are we paying a corporate executive £250 000 ? WHO voted for him?
And what about the junkets... the expenses, the waste... I could go on. In fact Mr Green not only could I go on... but I WILL go on to expose the lies deceit and corruption... until the people of the Wirral get a fair system of taxation that more correctly reflects the services that they receive.
Let's talk about waste fat cats and corruption... as well as Sure Start and Libraries MR GREEN.
The vast majority of council workers are good hard working peoiple who are worth every penny they get paid... but my gripe is not with them... it is with the corrupt party political system that has dominated our system of governance for far too long and who have, in a collective fashion, feathered their nests at our expense.
I am giving a presentation on the 22nd April at the Hollins Hey Hotel - New Brighton 7pm. If you want to find out the truth about why I am not paying my council tax... and why you should LAWFULLY withhold your tax... all are welcome. INCLUDING Mr Green, who I would suggest take his head out of his sanctimonious and patronising bottom and come and find out just why we are all so angry.

'I confronted the owner mr carruthers who was more combative and didnt seem to care.When i told him that it would have been nice to have been informed of this little matter he just had this blank look accross his face like he hadn't even thought about telling his paying customers.This is the worst hotel i have ever stayed in,and i think fawlty towers looks like the ritz compered to this hovel.'
