BREAKING NEWS: Bidston Recycling Centre evacuated after suspect device is found
POLICE have evacuated Bidston Recycling Centre on Wallasey Bridge Road after workers reported finding what appears to be an incendiary device.
Police were called at around 11.55am and officers have cordoned off the area as a precaution.
Officers have sought specialist advice from the Explosive Ordinace Disposal who are en route to deal with the device, which is not believed to be a high explosive.
The recycling centre will remain closed while the incident is ongoing.
