OXTON Hockey Club men's 1st XI maintained their push for National League status with a 4-1 triumph at local rivals Brooklands on Saturday.
Ollie Logan gave Oxton the lead after 10 minutes and the visitors went 2-0 up via Trevor Merrick before Brooklands pulled a goal back.
In the second-half, Oxton dominated, passing the ball around with ease, and they added two more through Merrick and Dave Bailey.
