I READ with interest the comments on the Wirral Egg Run ('Egg-static', Mailbox, February 22) and congratulate Wirral on deciding to keep it going - the revenue generated is always welcome, as is the goodwill and support of non-bikers and bikers alike.
In comparison with our bikers' run here in Austin, Texas, where more than 40,000 bikers hit the highways, the Wirral run is just a club run.
