CARE head Graham Charles Webb, aged 41, of Rakersfield Road, New Brighton, faces 14 allegations going back as far as 1974 of indecently assaulting young males at West Kirby, Swindon and Minehead. He also appeared before Wirral magistrates on another four matters brought under the Sexual Offences and Indecency acts.
