BROMBOROUGH's 49th Festival of speech, music, drama and dance takes place next month. Speech section from March 6 to 8, followed by music between March 13 and 15. Entries have just closed.
The dance section is after Easter. Entry details from Mrs B Egan on 334-5744. For the Drama between April 3 and 5, entries are closed. Sessions are staged in South Wirral High School, Plymyard Avenue, Eastham. Public pay a small admission price while 1,000 amateur competitors take part.
