CELEBRATIONS were in the air when Beechcroft Training presented its Trainee of the Year awards.
The annual event is attended by both trainees and employers and aims to highlight the achievements of those individuals who have excelled both academically and in a work environment.
Trainees paid tribute to their tutors during the ceremony. Julie Joy, Birkenhead Adult Trainee of the Year, said: "The Beechcroft tutors have been extremely supportive right the way through my course - they've given me the confidence and self-belief to get back into a working environment."
Beechcroft, which has centres in Birkenhead, Moreton, Chester and Southport, offers training in administration, retail, stores and warehousing and forklift truck operation.
