WATCH this space! Construction has started on another development at Cheshire Oaks, just off the M53, near Ellesmere Port.
The Grove is a speculative office development of approximately 12,000 sq ft. This two storey building will be finished in August with 58 dedicated car parking spaces.
Tenants in the new building will share the business park with the regional offices of Parkman Group and Barratt Homes (Chester).
Deborah Braithwaite, of Maple Grove Developments, said: "We are pleased to have commenced construction of our third office complex."
In the neighbourhood, there is the expanding Designer Outlet Village, Cheshire Oaks Racquets Club, plus the proposed Deep Sea World complex.
The Grove is just off Junction 10 of the M53.
