MAXINE Green, where are you?
Your one-time inseparable school friend, Gill Walsh (nee Gordon), now living in London, is desperate to hear from you again. "Maxine moved to Brookside Crescent, Upton, Birkenhead, in 1968 and lived with her father, who I believe was a manager at Cammell Laird Shipbuilders," recalls Gill. Together with another friend, Janice Scott, the three were inseparable friends, says Gill. "We wrote for quite a while, but as with all teenagers, our lives moved on and we lost contact," she adds.
"Janice and I are still friends and we would be delighted if any Globe readers could give us any idea of how we could trace Maxine after all these years."
