A CHARITY shop in Moreton opens its doors for one week only from Monday, April 14, to Saturday, April 19, with the hope of raising funds for KIND (Kids In Need and Distress).
Organiser Helen Britton is appealing for any unwanted good quality household items, including books, toys, bric-a-brac and clean, undamaged clothes and household items. Phone 606-9680.
Said Helen: "I want to raise the awareness of the very important work that KIND does, as 20 per cent of the children they help come from Wirral.
"Hopefully KIND will be able to set up a Wirral base in the near future, which will be able to co-ordinate many fund-raising events on the Wirral.
