MORE men were due to appear before St Helen's magistrates yesterday following accusations against Gladiator TV star Warrior, Mike Ahearne, of Wirral, and former deputy head of Merseyside Police drugs squad, Det Elly Davies.
Thomas McDonald, 32, of Hoylake; John Newton, aged 42, of Oxton; John McCormick, aged 33, of Maghull; Joseph McCormick, aged 44, of Everton, with Phillip Glennon, aged 60, of West Derby, will be charged with conspiracy to pervert the course of justice, say police.
