Globe Editor Robin Bird drives away with the Classic Sports Car trophy - an award he did not expect to win! Other sports cars in the section where more immaculate but judges liked the original condition of the 1948 MG TC. It was found in a lock up by Robin's home in New Brighton, where it had been laid up most of its life.
Woman driver Marcelle Snowden, from Wallasey, uses her 1967 Vanden Plas Princess as daily transport and has just invested in two 'new' wings. "This is really a practical classic" said Marcelle.
