FROM today, Business Link Wirral is offering its services for longer at its Birkenhead office. The full range of Business Link's services are now available until 7.30pm every Wednesday.
The move comes in response to growing demand from people already in work who want to access Link's Business Start programme. Since its establishment in 1994, Business Link has helped more than 500 small enterprises throughout Wirral.
The Business Start programme nurtures companies through the vital early stages, providing guidance and practical help in all aspects of running a business - from finding premises to cashflow and marketing. In many cases, a start-up grant is available.
Said Business Link business support manager Margaret Jones: "This is the first step towards opening up Business Link start-up services to help those in employment find time to seek advice and guidance to develop their business ideas."
To help get your business idea off the ground call Link at Egerton House, Birkenhead, between 9am and 7.30pm on Wednesday, or until 5pm on other weekdays 0152 650 6900.
