WIRRAL-based Team Leisure Angling 'A' were first round victors of the North West Association of Sea Angling Clubs' Winter League.
This year's joint winners of the Summer League took an early lead at Dinas Dinlle, Caernarfon Bay, with a zone win, a zone second, a zone third and a sixth for 52 points out of a possible 60.

5: Personal Members Red (31).

Robbie Southern (Heswall), flounder, 1-1-8.
