WIRRAL man Roger Brown has passed the final examinations of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA). Roger, who works as an associate accountant for Morgan Stanley UK, received his certificate of commemoration from ACCA international president David Leonard and John Smith, of Bradford and Bingley.
Congratulating graduates, David Leonard said: "ACCA is rightly proud of its graduates. As a professional body, we continue to report increasing numbers of students who are attracted by the quality of our qualification.
"I am delighted to say that the number of graduates is rising substantially year on year."
