EVANS Halshaw, Toyota dealer of Wallasey has received a presitigious award from Toyota (GB) in recognition of their outstanding performance in Customer Service.
The award criteria is based on the results of customer surveys conducted by Toyota (GB) which cover every aspect of the dealership's operation.
By winning the Most Improved Dealer category for their region, Evans Halshaw have demonstrated in the best possible way, their ongoing commitment to providing the highest levels of Customer Service.
Following the success of the Toyota Corolla in last year's JD Power/BBC Top Gear Customer Satisfaction Survey, Toyota are determined that Customer Service should remain at the top of the agenda for all of their dealerships, a principle clearly shared by Evans Halshaw.
