WIRRAL branches of the Arthritis and Rheumatism Campaign, now in its third decade, is looking for new members.
The charity provides funds for research into the fight against the pain of arthritis and rheumatism, which is the main cause of lost production in industry and commerce.
The results over the years have been spectacular and it was recently announced that scientists are on the verge of discovering a vaccine for people who have been proved to be susceptible to rheumatoid arthritis.
The Campaign seeks to keep this and other possible breakthroughs going and increase awareness of the importance of such research.
Enrolment costs just a minimum of just £2 and brings a regular magazine and the chance to get involved with fund-raising.
