Investor in People status is a nationally-recognised quality award that demonstrates an organisation's commitment to staff training and development.
It focuses on training and development to ensure everyone has the opportunity to update their skills and that they correspond to the organisation's overall strategic objectives.
Business Link Wirral is guiding the Health Authority through the Investor in People process from commitment to recognition.
Carol Ward, human resource advisor for Business Link Wirral, presented chief executive Eddie Kinsella with the Health Authority certificate of commitment.
