A CHARITY fishing match will take place on Saturday, June 6, at Gweryd Lake Fisheries.
Sponsors are invited for the annual fishing tournament between Bromborough Legion and Neston Legion angling clubs.
Proceeds from the match will go towards the Alder Hey Rocking Horse Appeal. Last year's event raised £200 with participants hoping to double that figure this year.
Anyone wishing to donate any money should contact P. Weston, secretary of Bromborough British Legion Angling Club at Legion Lane, Bromborough, L62 7JQ.
