NEW Mayor Coun Margaret Green took part in a civic procession in her Moreton ward on Sunday, followed by a civic service at Christchurch, to mark the start of a new municipal year.
WIRRAL Council is to act to stop domestic garages in Mayfield Road, Wallasey, being used by a business for storage.
THERE are plans for a two-storey, 40-bed nursing home on land at Garrick Avenue, Moreton.
LAND at the corner of Albion Street and Meadow Street, New Brighton, is to be developed. However, the planning committee is making sure that there isn't over development. The site has been cleared for a development of flats and terraced houses, opposite the Clarence and Albion pubs.
