WALLASEY'S red-bricked Emmanuel Church, in Seabank Road, faces demolition.
A new church centre plus two blocks of flats for elderly people will be built, subject to planning permission. Plans can be viewed at the planning department next door to Wallasey Town Hall until tomorrow (November 12).
In Liscard there are plans for a KFC restaurant at 15 to 17 Wallasey Road. Wallasey Rugby Club plans two floodlighting towers in Cross Lane.
There are plans for a detached house on land near Wirral Christian Centre, Leasowe Road. There is also a planning application for a new church at 389 Hoylake Road, Moreton, which is an amended scheme for a larger church.
The former Spillers Pet Food factory, Dock Road, Wallasey, has elevation alterations planned, while Unitor UK, of Kelvin House, Seacombe, want a mezzanine floor and alterations to the elevations.
Eaton Court residential home, Grove Road, Wallasey, has applied for a single storey extension. Greenleas Primary School, Green Lane, is to get fencing fronting North Wallasey Approach Road to the M53 Motorway.
