A MORETON youth appeared at Liverpool Crown Court accused of wounding with intent.
Colin Smith, aged 17, of Danger Lane, denied wounding Mathew Edwards with intent and also pleaded not guilty to a lesser alternative charge of wounding him. The incident is alleged to have occurred outside Miltons public house in Birkenhead on July 22.
Smith was remanded in custody to await his trial beginning on January 11.
