Wirral Magistrates jailed a Wallasey man for thefts from vehicles.
Ian Foster, aged 28, of Norwood Road, admitted one offence of taking binoculars, mobile phones and other items total value £625 belonging to James Pemberton at Auburn Road, Wallasey, in May and asked for a further five similar matters to be considered.
He also admitted obstructing a police officer by giving a false name. He was sent to prison for 120 days.
