POLICE have named the man who died in a horrific crash on the M53 motorway last Wednesday afternoon.
Paul David Alan Jones, 21, from Bidston, died when the van, in which he was a passenger, was in collision with another van between the A41 and Clatterbridge junctions.
Traffic came to a standstill after the crash, with hundreds of cars stuck on the motorway or re-routed during the rush-hour.
