From 'Concerned':-
WALKING my dog around some of Wirral's beauty spots, my eye has been drawn to the increasing number of discarded knotted plastic bags of dog dirt that are draped across the exposed branches of the undergrowth!
This can only be the work of "responsible" dog owners who have not got the stomach to dispose of their dogs' waste products correctly. Surely, if one has gone to the trouble of collecting the dirt in a bag in the first place, there is no hardship in disposing of it in a less conspicuous manner?
No wonder we dog owners get such a bad name . . .
