VAUXHALL'S Charity Committee in Ellesmere Port has donated £1,000 to The Jake Hughes Appeal to help send him to Florida for three weeks.
Jake is three-years-old and lives in West Kirby. He suffers from epilepsy and an undiagnosed brain disorder. The £1,000 will help Jake stay at the Island Dolphin therapy centre for children with special needs in Key Largo, Florida.
The Committee has also given money to the Wirral Group of the National Charity Handicap Children's Pilgrimage Trust who are raising money to take 12 disabled children to Lourdes.
