SAVE the last dance for me! Mayor Margaret Green takes the hand of her husband consort Bill at the Mayor's charity ball in the historical surroundings of Birkenhead Town Hall.
Councillor Mrs Green thanked guests for attending saying money raised was much appreciated by local charities.
The Mayoral couple continue their busy engagement list throughout April until Mayor making on May 17 when Councillor Hugh Lloyd takes over as the Millennium Mayor of Wirral.
On April 20, the Mayor welcomes in Wallasey Town Hall a party of people from Mullingar in Southern Ireland. The ambassadors from Ireland are wishing to establish special links with Wirral.
