WHILE war rages in the Balkans, love and companionship are on the agenda at a Wirral meditation class which meets on Tuesdays at 7.30pm in Bebington Civic Centre.
The classes, now in their fourth year, focus on developing inner calm and peace of mind.
Teacher Steve Takacs says: "With peace of mind we can deal with the stresses and strain of daily life in a more calm, peaceful and positive way."
This latest series of classes, which started yesterday, will run for eight weeks. Suited to both beginners and more advanced meditators, the classes are open to anyone for as many or as few sessions as desired.
The charge is £3.50 (£2 concession) and further information can be obtained from the Duldzin Buddhist Centre on726-8900.
