THERE is a chance to see the gardens at Thornton Manor, Thornton Hough, when they are open to the public courtesy of Lord Leverhulme, in aid of the NSPCC. The event is on Sunday, April 11, from 1pm to 6pm and there will be refreshments, stalls and free parking.
Admission is £2, OAPs £1, children 50p.
