TV gardening star Charlie Dimmock appeared at B&Q, Wallasey, this Saturday to try to encourage gardeners to be 'water wise'.
Groundforce star Charlie appeared with North West Water character WaterWise Wilbur as part of the company's Waterwise Roadshow.
Horticulturalist Charlie, who manages a water garden centre, advised shoppers how to get the best out of their gardens while still being 'waterwise'.
North West Water customer services manager Noela Kelly said: "The store has marked up 'water friendly' products with labels and stickers from North West Water so customers know when they are doing their bit and are being 'waterwise'."
