BOVIS Retirement Homes officially launch Osborne Court at Port Sunlight this week, the first development within the historic village since 1934
Pioneer owners are expected to move in during the Autumn. The development is due to be completed towards the end of 1999.
Retirement Homes Projects Director Andy Charlett says: "The builders should be off site before the end of the year. In the meantime, we are taking every possible precaution to ensure that inconvenience to existing residents is kept to a minimum."
