SMALL workplaces in Wirral are being helped to get healthy by their larger counterparts.
The Wirral Small Business Healthy Workplace Grants scheme offers small employers up to £500 to develop health related projects for their staff.
More than £1500 was awarded in the first round of grants.
Recipients included Wayne Peters Building Contractors which was given funding for health and safety and first aid courses.
Small businesses who wish to develop a healthy project can talk to Jan Serridge on 650-6915.
