A BROMBOROUGH canoe instructor has denied having under-age sex with a 14-year-old girl.
David McGuinness last week pleaded not guilty at Liverpool Crown Court to three charges of unlawful sexual intercourse.
McGuinness, 37, of Eastham Rake, was further remanded on bail until his trial in September. His bail conditions involve him not instructing any girl under the age of 16.
