THE doggy bins in Victoria Park, Rock Ferry, are supposed to be emptied daily. They are not!
The stench in the recent heat is terrific. I have carried a tin of Jeyes fluid disinfectant to empty into bins as I dispose of my dog's dirt.
Imagine if your toilets at home would not flush and were full of faeces. It is absolutely disgraceful - and the council should do something about it.
I am one of many dog owners who use the park.
