AS a motorist, I can only say that the council's idea of keeping the bus lanes open from 7am to 7pm is just a load of rubbish.
It might work most of the day, but at rush hour time it is just daft. Also, the council and the government are saying that we should use public transport more than the car.
If every car driver in Wirral was to stop driving today, the buses and the trains would not cope and shops and offices would not open on time - it would be hours before people got to work.
