WINNERS of a bowls tournament organised by Wirral Federation of Townswomen's Guilds at Arrowe Park were Mrs B. Ruse (Prenton Evening TWG) and Mrs O. Dunn (Moreton TWG). They beat Barbara Kelly and Alice Nelson (Grange and Newton TWG) in the final.
Mrs Ruse and Mrs Dunn will now represent Wirral in the National Crown Green Bowls finals - which they won two years ago - at Marine Gardens, Fleetwood, on Tuesday, August 10.
